I have shied away from thinking or talking about death. The last of my grandparents, my maternal grandmother, died last week.
Much of this book echoed and directly referenced lessons I’ve processed in other places, specifically teachings with Ram Dass and the Dalai Lama.
That is true; all things change. Sad is the story you tell yourself.
Life does not always present itself in ways that are right or reasonable.
The heart has to be soft before any of us can be free.
